This weekend we went to the very first Easter egg hunt outreach given by Liberty Church in Alma. They knocked on 2500 doors for this event and had thousands of eggs. I'm not sure how many people came, but the stadium was packed for the kung fu ...dramatization and the gospel (so I heard). They gave out tons of prizes, sacks full of candy for the kids, and free groceries. Because I worked till 1:00, I came late...toward the end and found Jon and the girls in the middle of the field after the big hunt. Everyone was filtering out into the parking lot when I arrived. But even at the end.. I was so pumped to see soooooooo many people. This community is very tight knit and you can tell it! Plus, Liberty has an awesome new outreach ministry and the church worked so hard. We were extatic for them but TO GOD BE THE GLORY!
