After visiting with Jon's brother in Austin we headed to Houston, TX where his parents live. One of the very first places we had listed to go to was the Kemah Boardwalk, which is on the outskirts of Houston on the coast. The girls went with us 2 1/2 years ago, but didn't remember much about it. We also found a park nearby that was right on the water. We surprised them by stopping and letting them play. Becca said "this was the best day of her life".
